Whole Health Consultation will take approximately an hour to two hours. There will be ample time to address Health concerns, nutrition and lifestyle as a whole. Be prepared to complete a lengthy intake form including health history. A plan will be recommended and most (not all) includes diet, exercise and customized herbal recommendations.
If you are currently under the care of a medical practitioner(s) compatibility will be discussed. We will work with your medical practitioner(s).
A follow up is included in the consultation fee and will be scheduled approximately 1 month following initial consultation.
Business Consultations are available to help your company be more "Green" as well as offer healthy alternatives to your employees.
In addition to Consultations we offer ALCAT food allergy testing along with many other lab tests for your convenience.
We also now offer Southern Appalachian Medicinal Plants and can assist you to choose the right plant(s) for you, your family and your landscape!
